1. Access Tier Settings
Click the Settings icon to open your group configuration options.
Under Manage Subscription Options, click Add Tier to begin creating a new membership level.
2. Define Your Tier
In the Tier Name field, enter a name for your new tier.
In the Tier Description field, describe what members will receive when they join this tier. Be clear and compelling!
3. Customize Tier Appearance
Personalize the Join Button text to match your community’s vibe.
Toggle Recommended Tier to highlight this tier on your join page.
Enable Tier Capacity to set a member limit. Once full, fans will see a waitlist option.
Use Hide this Tier to make it invisible to new subscribers while keeping access for current members.
4. Set Pricing & Payment Options
Click Pricing to manage your tier’s cost.
Use the Payment Plan dropdown to choose between Free, Monthly, or Yearly subscriptions.
If you select a paid plan, enter your desired price in the Price field.
If you chose Monthly, you can also enable the Annual Option for Members to offer yearly billing.
Want to give members flexibility? Toggle Pay What You Want to let them choose their own monthly amount.
5. Add Premium Features
Click Add-Ons to enhance your tier with extra perks:
Toggle Media Add-on to grant access to premium media folders.
Select Messaging Add-on to enable direct messaging for members.
6. Finalize & Preview
When you're done customizing, click Create to save your tier.
Scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the settings page.
Click Preview Landing Page to see how your subscription options will appear to new sign-ups.
Happy with how it looks? You’re all set! Need to tweak something? Head back to Settings and select Edit Tier.
