How to Manage Your Subscription

Learn how to view, change, or cancel your subscriptions

You can manage all of your memberships from one place in your account. Check your next payment date, switch to a different plan, or cancel a subscription at any time.

Step-by-Step (Interactive)

Step-by-Step (Text Only)

Step 1: Open Your Account Menu

Click the Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Go to Subscriptions

From the My Account menu, click Subscriptions.

Step 3: View Your Memberships

On the Manage Your Subscriptions page, you'll see all of your memberships under Your Memberships. Use the All, Free, and Paid tabs to filter the list.

Each membership shows:

  • The artist name and plan (e.g. Paid tier • $10/mo)

  • Its status (Active, Cancelled, etc.)

  • Your next payment date

From here, you can click Change Plan to switch tiers, or Cancel to discontinue the subscription.

Step 4: Cancel a Subscription

Click Cancel on the membership you'd like to discontinue. This opens the Cancel Subscription window.

💡 Note: Before you cancel, you'll be shown the option to downgrade instead.

You can switch to a lower-priced plan or a free tier (if available) to stay connected without fully canceling.

  • Click Change Plan to downgrade instead of canceling

  • Click Keep Subscription to close the window and stay on your current plan

  • Click Continue to Cancel to proceed with cancellation

Step 5: Downgrade Instead (Optional)

If you choose Change Plan from the cancellation window, you'll see the available tiers, including Free Member. Select a tier and click Change Plan to confirm.

Your plan will be downgraded at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll keep your current benefits until then.

Step 6: Finalize Cancellation

If you'd still like to cancel, click Continue to Cancel to finalize your cancellation.

Step 7: Confirming Your Cancellation

Once your cancellation is finalized, your membership status will update to Cancelled, and you'll see an Access until date. You'll keep access to your paid benefits until that date.

From this screen, you can also:

  • Click Renew to resume your subscription (after it has expired)

  • Click Change Plan to switch to a different tier

⚠️ Heads up: The cancellation experience can vary by artist. You may see the standard cancellation flow described below, or the artist may include a personal video message or offer you an extension instead. If you accept an extension and don't cancel before it ends, you'll be charged for a renewal.
