The Cancellation Experience lets you personalize what fans see when they go to cancel their membership. You can add a custom message, a video, and even offer a subscription extension to encourage them to stay.
How to Set Up Your Cancellation Experience
From your dashboard, click Settings.
Under Settings, click Cancellation Experience.
Enter a title in the Title of the cancellation modal field.
Enter a personalized message in the Cancellation Message field.
Click Browse under Cancellation Video to upload a video from your device.
Click Browse under Upload a Custom Thumbnail to add a thumbnail image.
Use the Offer a Subscription Extension dropdown to select an extension length to offer fans as an alternative to canceling.
Click Update to save your changes.
All fields are optional — you can add as much or as little as you'd like.
💡 Choosing an extension length: A 1 Week Extension offers a short grace period, while 1 Month gives fans more time to reconsider. A 1 Year Extension is the most generous option and may be best suited for your most loyal or long-term subscribers.
