Gifting lets you send a free membership to a fan, a loved one, or anyone you want to welcome into your Group. You can set it up from your Settings and send it directly from your Group page.
💡 Who can gift a membership? Gifting is available to everyone. Fans who are already members can purchase a gift directly from your Group's home feed.
Anyone visiting who isn't a member, can purchase a gift from your landing page using the Gift a Membership button.
Step-by-Step Interactive Guide
Part 1: Create a Gift
From your dashboard, click Settings.
Under Settings, click Promotions.
Under Gifts, click Create Gift.
Enter a name for your gift in the Gift Name field.
Enter a price in the Price field.
Use the Plan dropdown to select the subscription tier for this gift.
Set the Duration to choose how long the membership will last.
Click Create Gift to save it.
Your gift will appear in the Gifts section with its name, plan, duration, and price. Use the [...] menu under Actions to edit or delete it at any time.
💡You can create multiple gift options at different price points or durations, giving you flexibility for different occasions.
Part 2: Send a Gift to a Fan
Go to your Feed.
On your channel page, click Gift a Membership.
Select the gift you want to send and click Select Gift.
Enter the recipient's email address and add an optional message for them.
Click View Details to review the checkout summary.
Click Send Gift for Free to complete your gift.
The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem their membership.
Good to know:
The price you set is what fans pay to purchase the gift. Sending a gift yourself is always free.
You can edit or delete any gift at any time using the [...] menu under Actions in your Promotions settings.
