This option lets your fans vote on merch designs, album covers, audio files, and more.
Click Next.
Step 4: Choose What Info to Collect from Fans
Email address and first name are always required. You can optionally enable:
Collect Phone Number β Toggle this on to enable SMS marketing and direct outreach. A phone number field will appear on your Swap signup form.
Collect Zip Code β Toggle this on to collect location data, useful for tour planning and location insights.
Once you've made your selections, click Next.
Step 5: Upload a Cover Image
Choose a cover image that will appear on your Swap page.
Supported file formats: jpg, jpeg, png, webp, gif β up to 5MB.
Click Next when done.
Step 6: Set Up Your Poll
This is where you define what fans are voting on.
Poll Question
Enter the question you want fans to answer (e.g., "Which version should I release?").
Poll Type
Choose how fans will vote. There are three options:
Text Poll β A traditional text-based poll with written options. Enter text for each answer option β no media uploads needed.
Audio Poll β Fans vote on audio tracks or songs. For each option, click the audio icon to upload an audio file and optionally click the image icon to add a thumbnail.
Image Poll β A visual poll where fans choose between images. Click the image icon on each option to upload an image.
Answer Options
Add between 2 and 5 answer options. Click + Add Option to include additional choices.
Click Next when your poll is set up.
Step 7: Name Your Swap
Enter a Swap Title β something that tells fans what they're voting on (e.g., "Help me choose my next release!").
Optionally, toggle on Include a Swap Description to give fans more context about what they're voting on and why it matters.
Finalize your title and description, then click Next.
Step 8: Limit Access (Optional)
You can optionally restrict who can access your Swap:
Set an End Date β After this date, fans can still join your list but won't be able to access the content.
Set a Capacity Limit β Once the limit is reached, fans can still join your list but won't access the content.
These are both optional. If you don't need to limit access, leave both toggles off and click Next.
Step 9: Set Up the Fan Journey (Optional)
Toggle on Continue the Fan Journey to add a banner that appears after fans vote, directing them somewhere next.
If enabled, fill in:
Banner Headline β A short, punchy headline (e.g., "Stay Connected")
Supporting Text β A brief description of where fans are headed (e.g., "Get first access to new music, merch, and shows")
Send Fans To β Choose either:
Your Group β Your group will be automatically linked
Custom Link β Paste the full URL where you want fans to land after tapping the banner
This is a great way to move fans from a poll directly into your Group community.
Step 10: Save & Publish
Once everything looks good, click Save & Publish.
Your Swap is now live! You'll see a confirmation screen with your Swap link. You can:
