Your Invitation Page is your public-facing landing page. It's where fans learn about your Group and decide whether to join. Taking a few minutes to set it up well can make a big difference in converting visitors to members.
Step-by- Step Interactive Guide
Step 1: Go to Settings
From your dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Invitation Page
Under Group Settings, click Invitation Page.
Step 3: Write your Invitation Page Description
Click the Invitation Page Description field and write a short description of what fans can expect from your Group.
💡 Tip: This description appears on your public Invitation Page, so keep it welcoming and clear.
Step 4: Set your Web URL
Click the Web URL field and type your custom URL. This is the link you'll share with fans.
💡 Tip: Want a cleaner link to share? You can purchase a custom domain that redirects to your Group URL.
Step 5: Upload an Intro Video (Optional)
Upload a short intro video to give fans a preview of what your Group is all about. Drag your file into the upload area or click Browse to select it.
Supported formats: .mp4, .mov, .mpeg, .webm — up to 500 MB.
💡 Tip: While optional, an intro video is a great way to make a strong first impression and help fans feel connected to you before they even join.
Step 6: Upload a Custom Thumbnail (Optional)
Upload a custom thumbnail for your intro video. Drag your photo into the upload area or click Browse to select it.
Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp, .gif
Step 7: Preview your Invitation Page
Click View Page to preview your Invitation Page and head back to Settings if you need to make any changes.
Step 8: Save your changes
Click Update to save your changes.
