Step 1: Go to Settings
From your dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Welcome Message
Under Group Settings, click Welcome Message.
Step 3: Update the subject line
Click the Subject field and type the subject line you want subscribers to see in their inbox.
Step 4: Write your welcome message
Click the Body field and type your welcome message.
