How Do I Change My Email / Phone Number?

Sign up with the wrong email or number? No problem, here's how to fix it

If you signed up with the incorrect number or email, no problem - here's how to fix it!

Step 1. Click 'My Account'

Step 2. Under 'Edit Profile' scroll to find "Email' or 'Phone" to edit or change your email address or phone number

Step 3. Scroll all the way down and click Save

Step-by- Step Guide (Text Only)

  1. Log in on our Web App and click My Account.

  2. Make sure you are under the Edit Profile tab.

  3. Click the Email text box to change your email.

  4. Click the Phone text box to change you phone number.

  5. Scroll all the way down and click Save.

**Important**

If you’ve signed up with two different email addresses and your subscription is linked to the wrong one, follow these steps:

  1. Update the email address on the profile you want to keep by adding '+1' to it (e.g., yourname+1@example.com).

  2. Once that's done, update the profile with the subscription to use the correct email address.

Please note: the system does not allow the same email address to be used for two different profiles.

For Example:

If you signed up with two email addresses—Bob@grouped.com and Bobismycopilot@grouped.com—and your subscription is currently linked to Bob@grouped.com, but you'd like it under Bobismycopilot@grouped.com, follow these steps:

  1. First log in with the Bobismycopilot@grouped.com email and go to My Account>Edit Profile.

  2. When I got to the Email section I would add a +1 into the email and hit Save.

3. Now sign in with my Bob@grouped.com email and go to My Account>Edit Profile.

4. Enter the correct email that you would like to use and click Save.
