How Do I Dispute A Charge (REFUND)?

Mistakes happen - but when it comes to your money, that is a mistake that we need to fix right away. If you have been double charged or accidentally charged, DON'T PANIC! We will make it right!

Just email support@grouped.com (or use this form) and include:

  1. Your full name on your account

  2. Your email address for your account

  3. The last 4 digits of the card charged

  4. Your transaction # (if you have it)

  5. Description of the issue

We will respond within 24-48 hours to all requests (typically sooner)
