How Do I Switch Tiers?

This article provides guidance on managing your subscriptions, whether you're upgrading from a free tier to a paid tier or downgrading from a paid tier to a free tier

  1. Click on My Account on the left menu bar.

  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab to view your memberships.

  3. Find the subscription you would like to change, and click Change Plan to manage your subscription.

  4. Select the tier you would like to switch to.

  5. To confirm your selection, please click Change Plan to switch tiers.
