If you joined an artist's channel but can't see the content you expected, work through the checks below. Most access issues are solved by one of them.
1. Make sure you're in the right account
If you've ever signed in a different way than you did when you joined (for example, with a different email, Google, or Sign in with Apple), you may have two accounts. Click your profile picture and select Subscriptions. If the channel isn't listed, you're probably signed in to a different account. See I Think I Have Two Accounts.
2. Check that you're viewing as a Member
If you're also an artist on Grouped, your account has more than one view: Creator for your own channel and Member for the channels you've joined. In the Creator view, channels you've joined won't show up.
To switch, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select your Member profile. Your joined channels will appear under My Artists on your home screen.
3. Check your membership status
Click your profile picture and select Subscriptions.
Find the channel and look at its status.
Active means your membership is working.
Processing... means your payment is still being confirmed. Wait a minute and refresh the page. Please don't pay again while it says Processing.
Cancelled means you cancelled your membership. You keep access until the date shown.
Expired means your membership couldn't renew and your access has ended.
š Note: Cancelled vs. Expired
Cancelled means you chose to cancel and went through the cancellation steps. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Expired means your membership was set to renew, but every payment attempt failed, usually because of a declined or expired card. To get your access back, update your card (see step 5 below), then click Renew on the channel.
4. Check whether the content is for a different tier
Artists can make some posts, media folders, live streams, and messaging available only to certain tiers. If something is locked, it's usually included in a higher tier than the one you're on.
To see your options, open the artist's channel and click Upgrade, or go to Subscriptions and click Change Plan on that channel.
5. Check whether your payment went through
If your card was declined, your membership won't start. To update your card:
Click your profile picture and select Payments.
Click + Add Card and enter your new card.
Click the ā® menu next to the new card and select Set as Default.
Then try joining again.
6. Verify your email
When you sign up, we send you an email with the subject Verify your email to get started. Click Verify Your Email in that email to unlock full access.
Until you verify, you'll see a Verify Your Email to Stay Connected! banner at the top of the page. If you can't find the email (check your spam folder too), click Resend Verification on the banner to get a new one.
š Note: If you've already verified and the banner is still showing, refresh the page.
